Coach & support the DC Replenishment team to optimize our automated replenishment system. Develop & implement the standard DC Replenishment processes and train the team on best practice. Own & develop the DC Replenishment KPI. Manage, coach & develop the Ordering Strategies Analyst.Develop, drive and implement initiatives to deliver the company's KPI's. Identify and Develop further system functionality.Setup, implement and optimize quarterly review processes. Improve DC Forecasting & Ordering System Data Feeds. Should have grocery or food beverage experience. Should have strong experience in the following: Develop , improve accuracy and maintain DC Replenishment KPI Reporting.Gap Reporting & Data extracts. Develop Reporting & data extract framework.
