Finance Manager

Seeking a Finance Manager. The candidate will prepare and review monthly financial results and guide analysis to explain variances and trends across segments by product, customers and other dynamics. Evaluate organization P&L's to identify profitability improvement opportunities. Prepare annual expense budgets for business functions, including analysis and planning of short- and long-term capital needs. Identify and create new monthly reports for key metrics based on the needs of the business and operating groups. Manage workload for staff and ensure ongoing development by setting team objectives and identifying stretch assignments. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required, MBA/CPA preferred. 10 years of progressive financial experience in a growing business with a focus on accounting and financial analysis required. Extensive financial modeling and analysis skills are required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Should have experience working with the general ledger and chart of accounts for variance analysis and journal entries. Significant expertise with Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint. SAP, Cognos and Business Objects experience a plus.
