Seeking a Mid-level Retail Sales Manager. The candidate will be responsible for all retail sales aspects of the company - take charge of the retail selling process. Will manage, advice, guide and work in the field with the field sales representatives with the objective of maintaining close business relationships with all of the company's customers and managing their network of food brokers. Retail sales are the main focus of this opportunity. However, at times this person may be called upon to support the company's food service sales effort. Must have: (1) food broker management experience, (2) strong leadership abilities, (3) experience calling on major retail headquarters. Should have a Bachelor of Arts.
