Should be expert in use of Windows, Excel, Word, EXE, and associated applications. Should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Prior experience in collective bargaining environment dealing with grievance resolution required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Should have proven track record of cost reduction and increased productivity. Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local safety regulations required.
