Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages small to large sized campaign projects from concept to execution to ensure the delivery of on-time, high-quality customer experience. Tracks campaign progress, including creative reviews and approvals, production validation and delivery, QA and deployment. Coordinates project activities from various business partners including Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Inventory Management, Web Developers, IT, cross-brand teams, and 3rd party vendors. Ensures seamless communication on deadlines and decisions between cross-functional partners. Work in content management tools to update and push content live to the site. Performs the final assessment and approval of site content prior to publishing on BananaRepublic.com and BananaRepublic.ca. Works closely with team in tracking and troubleshooting defects found; clearly communicates issues and the potential root cause; escalates issues and recommendations with an appropriate level of urgency. Leads promo process refinement to find efficiencies in order for our teams to work faster and more fluidly. Develops and maintains documentation, templates or tools to maintain a shared knowledge base among the Production team. Assists team on various projects to help improve the overall site experience or enhance our internal tools. Troubleshoots promo-related site and tools issues with IT and GID teams. Partners regularly with members of functional areas including Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Management, Creative, Web Content Development, Product Management, Cross-Brands, and IT. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree or equivalent 2-3 years online experience in web production environment. Retail eCommerce experience a plus. Understanding of web production and release processes, including direct experience with website tools and technologies. Ability to work effectively with both business and IT counterparts, leveraging best practices and providing assistance when needed. Process driven. Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with a constant sense of ownership for the quality of site experience.
