Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of new LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customers, leveraging multiple communication channels (e.g. virtual meetings, phone, email) Be an expert in LinkedIn's online tools, processes and systems Initiate a successful customer journey by understanding customer business objectives and translating that knowledge into campaign activation Provide excellent post-activation support to ensure maximum client experience Provide seamless customer transitions as your customers are redistributed to other Account Executives as needed Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree 1 years of work experience in sales, account management, customer support, marketing or consulting Preferred Qualifications Experience in online or traditional media sales Experience selling to Marketers and/or advertising agencies Experience w orking in a revenue quota role Knowledge of how Internet advertising technology works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms Knowledge of attribution modeling C omfortable setting expectations with customers through use of e ffective communication including email and telephone skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
