Job Responsibilities and Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic partnership with Division Director and leadership team to develop and implement go-forward strategy recommendations; help create and maintain focus on growth, trends, and the future evolution of the Consumer Banking industry. Drives strategies based on potential implications for the Chase business. Work cross-functionally to help design effective local marketing strategies, with a focus on events and branch experiences. Achieved through research, planning, and alignment between Marketing & Sales that support profitable business results. Analyze market-by-market and national trends in customer engagement and retention to identify opportunities; evaluate performance and effects of programs and events. Leader for Regional/Local events strategy for Division Develop and nurture partnerships with colleagues of all levels and disciplines, from field-focused to corporate headquarters, in order to collaborate and plan to best to maximize marketing opportunities. (Partners such as Philanthropy, Government Relations, Media Relations, Chase Wealth Management, Chase for Business, Home Lending, Auto, Credit Card, and Sports & Entertainment teams.) Work closely with the other Division Marketing Managers to ensure consistency across Divisions. Foster an environment of problem-solving, collaboration, creativity, support, coaching, consulting, and partnership. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Agile; thrives in a fast-paced environment and can rapidly redirect according to business strategy demands. Optimistic leader with strong business acumen and the ability to interact with senior leadership with confidence and ingenuity. Strong ability to navigate and lead cross-functionally; solid and broad business knowledge with the ability to understand business requirements and objectives. Proven capabilities to effectively manage change, influence without direct authority and operate with transparency and humility. In-depth understanding of consumer behavior and consumer financial services products, with a lens towards the current impacts and opportunities digital/mobile has on the business. Proven business judgement, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to frame problems and effectively communicate with both executive and peer audiences. Ability and desire to be a team player; a self-starter, generating work and partnerships, while working remotely and not physically alongside team or partners. Bachelors Degree with 10 years of marketing, Field Marketing or related Sales experience. MBA or other graduate degree preferred. Ability to allocate 25% of their time to travel.
