Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Summary Retail Marketing team is seeking a Campaign Manager to support the development and execution of world-class online and in-store experiences for seasonal campaigns and product launches. Key Qualifications 7+ years experience program managing highly creative consumer marketing campaigns for global brands within an advertising / digital agency and client-side organization across different channels, including digital, print, outdoor and social 4+ years of digital/social media campaign experience Experience working in a global organization, on multi-market/language projects Ability to develop compelling and clear marketing and creative briefs and adept at building, designing and delivering presentations Ability to manage complex program details while considering each elements impact on the big picture Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables Proven ability to creatively and elegantly solve problems and manage requirements through negotiation, tact and diplomacy in fast-paced, pressured and changing environments Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels Ability to assess proper next steps when receiving conflicting feedback or unclear direction from a variety of stakeholders Self-starter with the ability to work independently Experience using project/process management tools, and creating project plans, including statements of work, timing plans, and status reports for stakeholders Comfortable with ambiguity Description.
