Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Develop comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies to drive customer and candidate interest, engagement, and generate leads in alignment with 's growth goals Drive brand awareness in partnership with PR & content teams, through a combination of thought leadership and company-focused stories Coordinate tightly with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Talent Marketing, and Design to define and deliver integrated and consistent content across all channels and campaigns Lead overarching strategy to deliver a steady cadence of content, thought leadership, and PR and ensure all messaging is consistent in terms of clarity, quality, tone of voice, and style Execute across a variety of channels including digital (email, web, blog), case studies, one-pagers, and social media Work with PR and content teams to identify and develop interesting stories that tie back to company messaging and principles Design and implement effective experiments: analyze and communicate results, learn from what doesn t work, optimize and scale what does work Build and grow the team Requirements 4 years of marketing management experience, ideally in growth-stage technology firm Successful background in enterprise SaaS marketing, preferably with an emphasis in financial services Strong leader with the ability to drive results in highly-collaborative and cross-functional teams Ability to hire and grow high-performing teams Experience creating and delivering digital and vertical marketing strategies Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to tone, voice, and style Excellent writing & presentation skills Deep understanding of tone, style, and strategy Resourceful, creative, and self-driven, with a strong ability to prioritize Apply for this job Home Page Jobs powered by.
