Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in brainstorms, partner with the creative team, online partners, in house & external producers to execute necessary assets for the season. Refine the existing creative process and drive ways to streamline the workload so they become habit.Need to understand key seasonal messaging for each season by event, for in store, online and out of store needs.Work with cross functional & online partners to understand needs within each event to ensure business needs are being met through photography Need to have a clear understanding of roles of vehicles Travel is required. Partner with production on creative details, shot lists and asset needs.Must have strong understanding of the ON brand and can easily recognize tone of voice, styling, look & feel. Proactively kick off key milestones as it pertains to a project. Rally the creative team to keep creative on trackPartner with Styling and Wardrobe production team to understand line, sample availability and overall product stories. Work with cross functional partners to ensure all consumer touch points are consistent in messaging. Understand competitive landscape and current fashion brands activitySupports manager with ad hoc jobs as they pertain to photoshoots. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Must be able to work under pressure and ambiguity.Manage post shoot production process - sharing and selection of assets, helping with copy for social posts etc..Ensure timelines and key dates for seasonal photoshoots are met. Raises red flags when in jeopardy and be solution oriented. Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Doc and databases Able to speak to product details and photoshoot requirements comfortably in leadership walk thru sAble to build documents with product and photoshoot details going into and out of shootsStrong organizational and planning skills to ensure photoshoot requirements and deadlines are met Strong ability to multitask; is comfortable working with multiple schedules and deadlines simultaneously Able to identify and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines with urgency while staying calm and guiding teamProactive approach to problem solving and improving department processes Must be team oriented; able to work with Cross Functional teams - most closely with creative, styling and strategy teams Strong communications skills Strong sense of personal fashion; keeps on top of fashion trends and retail insightsPossess a can-do attitude, ready to roll-up sleeves and participate at all levels BA/BS degree in Business and/or Marketing Advertising Agency or Client Side Marketing a mustRetail background a must, fashion background a plusPhotography experience a plus.
