Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Manage 5-10 successful executive engagements a month, from working with sales on the initial briefing request through to execution on the day of and wrap-up. The candidate should excel at: Qualifying new briefing requests by identifying internal stakeholders and evaluating the account relationship, opportunity size and meeting objectives. Listening to and communicating with internal and external clients to understand account business issues, meeting goals and desired outcomes of briefings; Collaborating with the sales team and customer executives to drive final agenda; Identifying, scheduling and prepping internal LinkedIn participants Managing/executing the briefing (alone or in partnership with sales) by working with logistics coordinator and hosting and facilitating the briefing Ensuring appropriate follow up after meetings via debriefs, surveys and rep follow-up with client to ensure a successful meeting. Be a key player in growing the business of executive briefings. We re running our own business, which means we all do everything from marketing to operations; to building process and systems for the team; or just trying out new things. Be an advocate of the value of LinkedIn to executive visitors Basic Qualifications: 5 years client-facing experience in sales, marketing, communications or talent acquisition Bachelor s degree Preferred Qualifications: Intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in ambiguity Exceptional executive presence, leadership agility and demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders Exceptional project management, time management skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with the HR / Talent Acquisition space Exceptional executive-level customer-facing skills and instinct towards putting the customer first Experience organizing high-impact experiences Ability to effectively collaborate and influence at all levels and across functions and geographies Global experience and mindset Be a self-starter and a strong team player Proficiency MS Office.
