Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We're looking for an exceptional person to design campaigns and write communications content to support product launches and learning initiatives. You'll play an important role in creating advocates for products across our channel points of sale. Your storytelling will educate and inspire sales people to elevate the customer experience and sell Apple products. This role is equal parts planner, writer, and storyteller. Key Qualifications 7+ years of writing experience in sales or marketing organizations, public relations or advertising agency, major publisher, or in-house corporate communications role Proven ability to turn ideas into compelling narrative Expertise in writing content for a variety of campaigns across a broad range of media Skilled at work cross-functionally and cross-regionally across diverse groups Relentless curiosity, and a passion for using storytelling to create experiences Superior ability to problem solve and turn turn ambiguity into clarity Desire to use feedback and metrics to evaluate content effectiveness Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills.
