Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Position Summary Assist in the preparation and organization of digital assets for launch on an eCommerce website, email campaigns and online marketing advertisements/promos. Specific Responsibilities Design and layout e-mail pages with photos and copy for internal proofing Schedule and traffic all copy for campaign launches, input corrections and distribute proofs Releases Photoshop files to HTML coder Maintain color printout archive binder and DVDs of all online marketing materials designed Maintain, Design & Project Manage the Browse Series, Welcome Series, Transactional EDMs Designs all in-store event emails Design online marketing ads to affiliate's design specs, requires Photoshop & Flash Manage the design and updates of the PB social sites; including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube Color correct or alter photo files in Photoshop as needed Special projects and initiatives as needed Internet Creative is a dynamic team of ui/ux designers and digital marketing designers. We work closely with our copy counterparts to make our catalogs, emails and web assets come alive with the Pottery Barn brand voice. Our other exciting cross-functional partners include eComm, Front End, Brand Marketing, Photo Studio, PR, just to name a few We value a collaborative working environment -- every week we hold a Creative Review meeting to share work and to provide maximum visibility into Pottery Brand initiatives. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 4 year bachelor's degree, concentration in Graphic Arts required 3-5 years of related work experience. Retail experience a plus Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Flash experience is a plus Basic understanding of HTML and ability to hand-code required Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organization skills and highly detail oriented Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
