Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media strategies and content that are designed to engage users, and create an interactive relationship between employees, consumers, and our Brand. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns. The Role Oversee planning of email calendar with holistic view to client touchpoints. Create and execute automated and ad-hoc marketing emails and landing pages using Pardot. Collaborate with content contributors, writers and stakeholders for the creation of content. Proactively look to improve the broader channel and campaign specific performance by making iterative upgrade recommendations based on testing; audience segmentation and lifecycle strategies; B2B and email marketing best practices; and out-of-the-box creative thinking. Proactively support our regional leads in EMEA, APAC. Keep abreast of brand requirements, and ensure consistency and adherence to those standards. Pull on a regular basis the performance reporting & analytics for your campaigns and email channel, and share insights based on data with internal clients & email team. Provide proactive actionable recommendations such as testing opportunities, audience targeting, and content selection based on analysis of metrics and audience data. Work closely with Demand Generation team to help improve, monitor, and maximize the database integrity and provide guidance on integration with related platforms. Support the team lead on broader initiatives and projects that will help drive the growth of the channel, enhance marketing programs, and make a positive company-wide impact. Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals. Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams. Monitor the company s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users. Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews. Analyze the long-term needs of the company s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan. The Requirements To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have at least 5 years of professional work experience as a full-time digital marketing campaign manager and the following in your background: Minimum BA/BS or equivalent level of education/experience. Must have minimum of 5 years of experience building and launching campaigns within Pardot preferably. (Marketo, ExactTarget or other similar enterprise automation platforms okay as well). Must have proficiency with Salesforce, HTML and CSS (some experience with JavaScript is a plus). Solid experience in email channel and campaign level reporting, metrics and audience analysis, as well as a moderate level of fluency with data interpretation. 2-4 years of social media management experience, preferably for a brand with an active community Exceptional proactive project management skills and demonstrated track record of working with global teams. Commitment to quality, accuracy and consistency. Some experience with Photoshop & Adobe Suite would be a nice to have Knowledge of email marketing best practices, relevant email law CAN-SPAM. Competency with data, sound testing tactics, and strong quantitative skills to support data-informed decision-making and recommendations. Exceptional multi-tasking skills. Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way. Strong problem solving skills. Knowledge of advertising platform is required. You also will need the following characteristics and competencies: Must be a collaborative contributor to the marketing team and able to take direction. Be open to feedback and willing to make changes as needed. Must be prepared for heavy production work/projects. Must have a positive attitude and teamwork mentality and be willing to assist the team with projects outside of your normal job function. A demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST. Meets deadlines with efficiency and accuracy. High degree of self-motivation and follow-through and be extremely flexible in working through shifting priorities. Must possess a solid work ethic and sense of urgency, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, cross functional teams and work in a team environment. Ability to work independently and proven track record with taking initiative around new assignments A creative mind and eye that ensure marketing programs are both on-brand and innovative. Demonstrated success in influencing/negotiating with others, and fostering healthy team dynamics.
