BASFRS QUALIFICATIONS - BASF RECOGNIZES INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION WHICH ARE ACCREDITED BY THE COUNCIL FOR HIGHER EDUCATION ACCREDITATION OR EQUIVALENT Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You - Bachelor's Degree - 2+ years of B2B sales experience (or successful completion of a BASF Rotational Program) - Demonstrated sales abilities with consecutive years of high level performance - Strong Customer Focus with proven results We Also Look For - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Agribusiness, Agricultural Sciences or Related Field - Sales/Marketing experience in Professional Pest Management or related industry (i.e.: Pest Control, Turf & Ornamental, Agricultural Markets) - 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
