Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: In this role, the Senior Art Director will be expected to: A true expert in shaping on-site, digitally-enabled customer experiences Think conceptually, in partnership with Senior Copywriter, during brainstorming and idea generation Demonstrate expertise in the crafts of art and design -- including typography, photography, and graphic design that connects emotionally and rationally with retail consumers Work with internal teams and clients in development and approval of strategic, retail-minded creative briefs Collaborates closely with Copywriters throughout concept development, presentation, and execution Show expertise in concepting, presenting, and executing creative ideas and campaigns Develop campaign-level concepts for instore/retail displays and communication systems, including digital signage and in-store videos Conduct detail-oriented oversight of execution Ensure adherence to brand standards throughout creative process Work closely and collaboratively with Studio team throughout execution process Work closely with art and copy teams to shape instore design systems for various lines of business Represent team in both internal and client presentations, effectively communicating both strategic quality and creative rationale Maintain a thorough and current awareness of the competitive landscape as it pertains to communications in all customer touchpoints Required Qualifications: 6+ years of marketing experience Desired Qualifications: Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills Experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers and solving customer problems Leadership experience including; coaching, training, and mentoring Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members Strong presentation skills.
