Seeking Assistant General Manager to join the company's management team. The candidate will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all facets of hotel management: Revenue Maximization; Guest Satisfaction; Sales & Marketing; Employee Staffing & Development; and Administration. Should have 3+ years of previous hotel and supervisory experience. Should have an ability to travel within region as needed. Willingness to relocate is highly desired. Valid driver's license required. Should have an ability to read, write, and speak English. Proficiency with basic computer (PC) and office technology required. BS/BA or AS/AA in Hotel or Hospitality Management is preferred. Sales experience a plus.
