Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The optimal candidate with have extreme drive and intensity; stellar people skills and personality; great research and writing chops; a passion for digital; and an interest in driving business results. This role presents an opportunity for a motivated professional with agency experience to gain exposure to a diverse set of work, enjoy a high level of independence, and a sense of ownership of deliverables. Candidates should have experience in and a desire to work across the agency s offerings: promotional (campaign) marketing; digital/social/mobile; employee engagement; sponsorship marketing; retail experience; and event marketing. Responsibilities Analytics & Research Insights Collect, read, analyze, interpret and synthesize information from a variety of sources and develop strategic insights and points of view. Must have strong data management and reporting skills. Deliver assigned strategy deliverables (i.e. presentations, research reports, creative briefs, point of view documents, measurement reports, etc.) and support more senior strategists across accounts. Effectively utilize analytics platforms; possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote skills; and analyze findings to inform work. Strategic Guidance Provide sought-after expertise in some of the following areas: digital, content, social media, CRM, mobile, technology, user experience, search, media planning/buying and measurement/analytics.Act as a credible expert strategic voice for clients on an ongoing basis, providing well-researched and results-driven guidance. Be able to expertly express strategic guidance through superior written and oral communication skills.Collaborate with creative, account, technology and production teams to ensure strategic delivery of agency services and client satisfaction. Driving Growth & Client Relationships Serve as a thought leader on agency offerings and best practices: promotional marketing; digital/social/mobile; employee engagement; sponsorship marketing; retail experience; and event marketing. Drive organic growth of existing accounts and acquisition of new business through pitches. Qualifications 6-8 years in a strategic role providing services within a marketing/ad agency, digital agency or relevant consulting firm. Digital and analytics experience is a plus. Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, advertising or relevant liberal arts discipline.Strong verbal presentation/storytelling skills, superior writing skills and excellent interpersonal relationship building skills. Presentation building/design skills are a plus. Experience in research/analysis, digital, social and measurement/analytics service offerings within a marketing organization. Experience with some or all of the following is preferred: research tools (i.e. MRI, Forrester, Mintel), web analytics packages (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst / Omniture, Webtrends) and social media management (i.e. Radian6, Sysomos, Sprinklr).
