Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or business. CFA and/or MBA preferred. Strong network of consultant relationships and/or come from a background which fostered a strong, consultant driven mind-set. The ability to positively position the unique features and attributes of the firm's capabilities. Independent worker, highly self-motivated, creative approach. Passion for calling on consultants, disciplined, and works comfortably and effectively within a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Strong communication and presentation skills Significant travel is involved.
