Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The ideal candidate will have expertise in operations and strong working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first line of communication on usage of Eloqua and SFDC for Sales and Marketingo Ensure Demand Generation Team is fully equipped to configure standard campaignso Ensure Marketing Team is comfortable with reporting elements of SFDC Ensure the technical integration between Eloqua and SFDC is running properly, and can conduct basic troubleshooting as needed Assist in the design and configuration of basic Eloqua campaignso Manage EDQ and DA Eloqua templates including; email, landing page, form, and campaign templateso Take ownership of the QC process for all standard Eloqua campaigns being sent by both EDQ and DA Assist in the build and execution of complex Eloqua campaigns Monitor the marketing database (via Eloqua) including data imports and clean up, list segmentation, and reporting Work closely with demand generation team members to design, implement, test, and execute campaign workflows and strategies that meet operational best practice and achieve commercial targets Act as a contributor of the EDQ NA CCB, maintaining and advancing a relationship with the global Experian SFDC team Work closely with the Business Development team to track lead quality and performance Participate in the creation and management of Salesforce reports and dashboards which help run the marketing business Maintain consistent reporting cadences across a group of marketing and sales stakeholders and use our data to succinctly communicate performance, areas for improvement, and shared successo Expand usage of SFDC reporting to identify key metrics and inform actionable decisions o Create, monitor and adjust marketing dashboards and reports and report on marketing KPIs Continually look for opportunities to optimize marketing tactics and strategies to gain improvements in marketing performance and specifically efficiency Help create presentations that will effectively communicate marketing performance Conduct analysis projects aligned to strategic objectives and per request of marketing operations manager BS/BA (or similar) in marketing, business, data analytics, or mathematics 2-4 years of experience previous analyst experience (marketing technology background preferred) Basic knowledge of Eloqua and how it works with Salesforce to achieve marketing objectives related to automation, data capture, lead management, and revenue goals. System accreditation strongly preferred. Strong project management skills underpinned by a process-driven mindset Experience working with multiple, coordinated software systems including email marketing, registration, survey, CRM, marketing automation and/or analytics applications Proficient in analysis of multiple and large data sets and ability to derive actionable conclusions Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specifically around creating and using pivot tables.
