Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Manage corporate content strategy and development for seasonal and evergreen campaigns to drive traffic and engagement Support customer acquisition and retention through high-quality content through various formats in all digital channels Responsible for developing, editing, finalizing, and overseeing all published content pieces Have basic SEO understanding, content categorization, and structure, content development, distribution and measurement Development of editorial content is consistent with their brand voice, style, and tone that resonates with key audience groups Maintain editorial calendar, content inventory, and other documentation Establish workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content Collaborate with key stakeholders across port marketing teams, sales teams, and corporate marketing team members to produce quality content, strategy, and editorial plans Desired Background: At least 2-4 years of experience in content marketing A strong understanding of SEO strategies and link-building tactics Ability to analyze and report content performance across channels Experience with A/B testing and good data analysis skills Experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS Basic understanding of Google Analytics, online tracking, and tagging Pre-employment and random drug testing is required as mandated by the U.S. Coast Guard.
