Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Lead and inspire the current team and deliver ambitious growth of the partner marketing team by attracting and retaining world class marketers. Create an inspiring vision and get team members and other cross-functional leaders in Google Cloud bought into this. Drive strategic and tactical initiatives that optimize our go-to-market processes with partners, and generate new pipeline and Annual Run Rate (ARR) for the company. Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to an executive audience on an ongoing basis. Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to extend partner demand generation functions and targeted recruitment and demand content online, increasing conversion from visitors to partner leads. Identify and implement process efficiencies, creative campaign ideas, and other training and support opportunities proactively. Actively mentor team managers and develop leadership skills. Collaborate and influence cross-functionally to help team translate company strategy into tactical work plans, and align to the strategic vision and mission of Google Cloud and the Google Cloud Partner Program. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 13 years of experience owning partner marketing and scaling growth at a B2B SaaS/software company. 8 years of management experience at a B2B SaaS/software company. Relevant B2B marketing, partner marketing and global experience. Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated executive leadership experience in business to business marketing within a leading online media and/or consumer technology company. Understanding of the enterprise software purchase cycles in enterprise and cloud based subscription market. Strong technical acumen and ability to interact with highly technical people. Proven ability implementing company strategy within your functions. Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with and support corporate, regional, and global marketing teams. Authentic, integrity-driven team player, results driven and detail oriented. Strong written, oral and cross-functional communication skills.
