Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Lead Project Management on multiple concurrent projects from inception through execution. Inform, develop and implement scalable project process - consistently improving to meet the needs of the evolving team. Partner with Play leadership and the entire Merchandising team to lead continuous process improvement responding quickly to feedback and adapting to constantly changing needs to develop processes which support the team. Work with cross-functional team members, including Business Development, Product, Marketing and PR, in collaboration to deliver projects on-time as expected across the business. Ensure quality in all projects and ensure that the processes are adopted and best practices are shared. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience with project management, scope and timelines with internal and external teams. Preferred qualifications: Experience negotiating and influencing project direction. Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. Sense of focus and excellent attention to detail while working in fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success implementing process improvement techniques for large organization. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
