Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Brand Positioning Support the day-to-day management of the firm s brand positioning including: Write and craft a variety of messages that represent the firm s culture and tone. Synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, concise, and compelling messages. Assist in project management and execution of various initiatives that enhance the overall brand. Collaborate with Brand Marketing Manager to ensure brand positioning is communicated accurately and consistently across both internal and external channels, including: Annual Report External client communications (brochures, letters, mailings, etc.) Event materials (brochures, invitations, etc.) Internal and external websites (intranet, public website, etc.) Internal employee communications (letters, biographies, etc.) Sponsorships (ads, collateral, etc.) Client Programs Support the development of content for national and regional wealth management series, as well as unique client experiences. Identify speakers and entertainment for national and regional events. Assist in the project management and execution of national and regional events and sponsorships as needed. Support development of and provide ongoing management of event measurement and reporting. Public Relations Support the development and implementation of public relations strategies, working closely with our public relations agency. Assist in coordinating employee interviews, speaking opportunities, and media training. Track, monitor, and provide ongoing updates on all public relations activity. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; 5-10 years professional experience. Strong oral and written communication skills including content strategy and editing for both print and digital channels. Solid understanding of brand marketing principles and strategy. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Competencies Organizational and project management skills, proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to work independently. Flexibility is key as priorities and deadlines change. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent people and time-management skills. Ability to demonstrate problem solving and independent decision-making skills. Is client-centric and exudes a can-do attitude. Displays personal and corporate integrity.
