Job Responsibilities and Requirements: In this newly established role you will...Develop a strategic vision for approach to social media, tailored to each channel - including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. that acquire new customer/followers, engage current customers, generate site traffic, increase conversion and complement overall marketing efforts and objectives Ensure and implement a continuous push of information that is engaging, relevant and on brand for social channels, as well as content for blogs, emails, and other media ensuring the brand remains a top-of-mind source of inspiration. Reply to comments and engage with followers in real time Work with the Marketing Designer to develop creative assets for use across channels. Create and maintain the brand's Social Editorial Calendar in partnership with the rest of the Marketing Team. Explore, develop and nurture relationships with key digital influencers Assist with other marketing initiatives, which could include events, partnerships and PRLeverage social data and oversee measurement of all initiatives and conduct thorough program recaps to inform social messaging in real-time. Apply data-driven insights to optimize and inform overall social media strategy. Work with cross-functional partners in marketing, merchandising and product development to support key brand initiatives on branded social channels.
