Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Strategy & Analytics Development Lead development of DMP & Audience vision with share-outs to broader teams and senior leadership. Build strategy frameworks and analytical tools for evaluating the impact of audience data on digital marketing. Partner with Media & Data Science teams to develop testing capabilities across DMP segments, including test structures, deployment and analysis. Develop high level story for monthly business reporting, working with Media teams and the DMP Analyst to reflect the impact of their data strategy on performance. Understand the digital customer journey and consult on customer personalization initiatives across the organization, providing expertise on how 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data can be used for site personalization. Oversee all future selection and maintenance of the DMP or ad technology stack in partnership with Data Strategy and IT teams. Process/Continuous Improvement Oversee maintenance and data integrity of DMP and input data feeds by creating auditing processes (for example, customer & prospect data being onboarded into platform). Identify opportunities to scale 1st party data use, improve data cost or technology stack efficiencies through quarterly audits. Identify opportunities to enhance audience effectiveness through internal lifetime value modeling in partnership with Data Science team. Facilitate new integrations within and outside of the platform with digital vendors and internal data warehouses to enhance audience capabilities. Constantly have an ear-to-the-ground to bring technological advancements & opportunities to the organization that will help to support business strategies. Data Governance & Training Oversee DMP segment intake process and platform permissions. Oversee Doubleclick Marketing architecture and taxonomy in order to enforce consistency across digital media channels and stakeholders. Demonstrate an understanding of legal issues around data privacy and security. Providing data-oriented support and training on systems, procedures, best practices, related to data providers and quality. Qualifications: Experience with digital analytics tools such as DMPs, Google Doubleclick, Visual IQ, Optimizely, etc. 5 years of experience in marketing/advertising, management consulting, insurance or other analytical field. Experience with digital ecosystem, available data sources and methods of executing data-driven campaigns. Big idea, strategic thinker that can also roll up their sleeves and do the work. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree highly preferred. Strong quantitative and problem solving skills working in complex, technical environments. Knowledge of data modeling as well as third party digital data sources and research. Must have passion for digital media and emerging Martech Must have project management experience in highly cross functional work environments, with both technical and strategic stakeholders. Must have strong communication skills and ability to adapt communication to specific stakeholders. Strong Excel skills required. SQL, SAS, R, SPSS skills highly preferred.
