Job Responsibilities and Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES: In-store Programs Strategy Partner with cross functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and coordinate event support as appropriate (i.e. store led and corporate led charity events, grand opening events, branding events/PR and influencer private dinners, sales/traffic driving promotions, etc.) Responsible for coordinating and assisting in the development of events including planning logistics, production, marketing, setup and post-event follow through. Negotiate with third party vendors to reduce event/program cost maintaining allotted budget. Provide detailed recaps post-events and/or marketing programs for corporate leadership team summarizing event ROI and key learnings. Manage creative briefs for retail marketing and events initiatives: brief development, management of timeline and delivery dates, routing for final sign off/approval (in partnership project management team) Execute media strategies and print advertising for new stores, key retail markets, and across centers acting as a liaison with publishers and production to ensure appropriate creative is delivered. Field Partnership Act as liaison between corporate and stores to help execute strategic retail marketing and events strategy. Work closely with field to brainstorm ideas and suggestions that align with local/community activities for each boutique/market. Manage store-led event request forms from field team and execute next steps. Work closely with manager to conduct on-going store visits to further develop relationship with field team and better understand local retail environment and competitors. Partner closely with field to implement and manage processes that support marketing programs from inception to completion, providing field with all necessary tools in order for them to execute program elements autonomously. Distribute marketing and event directives for field via appropriate communication channels in order ensure field is fully aware of all planned activity. Administrative Support: Ensure all events/programs are accurately tracked for hindsight Manage the processing of all retail marketing and events program invoices to ensure budget is up to date Update appropriate calendars to reflect confirmed retail marketing programs and events QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree, preferred At least 2 years of retail marketing and events experience in fashion or retail environment, required. Hospitality and entertainment industry experience, a plus. Agency experience a plus but not required Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with team members and problem solve Efficient in PowerPoint, must be excellent in Word and Excel Ability to quickly learn new internal programs.
