Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the design team through the creative process stages, from initial brief, to iterations and finished art. Champion Macquarie s brand presence and ensure compliance with group brand guidelines across Macquarie Capital in the Americas. Support the Marketing and Communications lead in bringing to life and innovating the creative vision for the region. Achieve studio efficiencies through monitoring and tracking of jobs and processes. Deliver an exceptional, wide-range of creative solutions across all business sectors, using a high attention to detail and ensuring client satisfaction. You will have A qualification in Graphic Design/Visual Communication. 5 years of design experience. Excellent knowledge of Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Word). A strong understanding of layout and design principals with an exceptional creative eye. A proven track record in creating high end sophisticated design executions across pitch collateral, brand identity and development, brochures, adverting and other market facing printed collateral, event, screen and animated presentation work. An understanding of wire framing and web design. Design industry and print knowledge a must with the ability to stay current and on trend. Desirable Experience in a demanding, deadline-driven professional environment. Some familiarity with HTML, CSS and layout in UX. Ability to transform creative ideas into videos and animations. Skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition.
