Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of innovation projects from the ideation stage through launch. Participate in the development of the mid and long-term innovation strategy and prioritization of initiatives to meet the company short-term and long-term business objectives. Work in close partnership with the Sales teams to translate consumer, retailer and shopper understanding into innovative and effective innovation concepts and new brand ideas to bring to the Central team in France. Build strong relationships with our Central teams in France to communicate the North American market needs in regards to Innovation and strong influencing skills to enable them to create it for us. Show passion for Innovation every day thus spreading this culture throughout the DWA organization and collaborating & driving cross-functional Innovation initiatives internally within North America. Show excellence in execution in every step of the innovation process form ideation to activation. Support Brand Manager of Equity & Activation in all campaign activations related to innovation launches and releases. Required Skills: The role requires an influential, proactive, and forward-thinking marketer who understands business, brands, shoppers and channels while also challenging the status quo. Is a strong critical thinker, with good analytical and problems solving skills. Have the ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrixed environment. Has a high level of professional maturity - ability to manage up, down and across the organization. Has strong and flexible interpersonal skills for interactions with internal and external stakeholder with ability to develop and cultivate relationships. Knows how to structure and deliver ideas clearly, crisply, and compellingly; excellent verbal and written skills with proven ability to champion recommendations and influence decisions at all levels of the company. Strong project management skills. Can perform in depth market analysis and make recommendations (strong knowledge of IRI or NIELSEN). Qualifications: BA/BS required, MBA/masters preferred. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Brand Marketing. Track record of leading new products from concept development to shelf, managing multiple aspects of product commercialization process. Prior experience leveraging consumer and market insights to develop innovative and effective marketing programs and campaigns. Experience in fast moving consumer goods company preferred. French speaking is a plus.
