Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Assist with the creation of all new SIRDA business pitches Collaborate with agents and local marketing teams to understand each agent s USPs and develop strategic presentations Track all pitch requests and follow up with stakeholders as needed Update approved agent forms, brochures and the SIRDA Concierge page Create presentations that highlight our core capabilities for agent meetings Create content for SIRDA e-blasts and social media posts Update project specific marketing materials as needed Update all SIRDA specific collateral including but not limited to our brand book Visit comparable properties and collect collateral for research purposes Update and maintain the SIRDA approved vendors lists and create RFPS when necessary. Assist the Marketing Director with budgets, marketing plans, media schedules, events and P.R. initiatives. Update property specific websites as needed Analyze project data and assist with weekly sales and marketing reports Design/Research Responsibilities: Analyze development floorplans and provide strategic recommendations Visit comparable properties and assist the Research Manager with comparable floorplan library Create and maintain design one-sheets for relevant new development properties Compile resources for creative amenity programming ideas Administrative Responsibilities: Coordinate the meeting and travel schedule for President Create listing descriptions and upload listings to the SIR network Order supplies/services and process all department invoices Requirements: Four year degree or equivocal and/or related experience 3-5 years experience in a customer centric business environment Real Estate background highly preferred Comfortable working on computer and computer applications with advanced level proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Creative problem solving skills. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
