Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities Manage digital marketing campaigns, deadlines, and deliver performance results Develop and manage Email program Update the websites and manage promotions Product data entry Ability to communicate needs to the Graphic Design department Manage and grow the company's social media audience; write copy, find/edit images and video. Photograph new products for the site Set up and manage online promotional contests Work with Retail Stores to maximize exposure of the brand Set up 3rd party Marketplace stores (Amazon, eBay, Jet, etc.) Work, manage and communicate with various teams to ensure that activities support the business initiatives of onsite and offsite marketing. Requirements 2 - 3 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience a MUST) Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing strategies, web technologies, and end-to-end marketing ecosystems. Ability to demonstrate expertise in marketing & advertising strategies Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Expertise in eCommerce and social media platforms Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to think creatively and strategically with an attention to detail and proven project management skills Creative, innovative and has a willingness to learn and can-do attitude Shows initiative, out of the box thinker and detail oriented Must have advanced working knowledge of Photoshop as well as strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
