Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This person will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in support of 's broader customer acquisition and marketing goals. In addition to advising other team members on how digital can advance their campaigns, you will be tasked with executing your own campaigns as well. This is a startup environment where we re still figuring a lot of things out - you, along with most others here, will wear a lot of different hats. Responsibilities Help define a comprehensive digital strategy to support 's various customer acquisition efforts Plan, run and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities Craft and optimize messages for targeted customer and influencer personas, in close coordination with marketing and design teams Own (in collaboration with internal & agency partners) all aspects of digital traffic, optimization, and troubleshooting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, and models to support marketing decision-making Monitor, track, and test campaigns and continuously optimize, based upon data-driven analysis Requirements 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on demand generation in enterprise SaaS Experience in enterprise software, web technology companies, and/or digital media desired Proven expertise using digital & data tools, platforms and vendors/ partners Demonstrated strategic thinking Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to act independently Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
