Job Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Performance Marketing Campaign Analyst, you will: Play a central role in program analysis and optimization for the Performance Marketing team. Evaluate marketing campaign performance for online and offline marketing campaigns, synthesize data, distill findings, develop insights and recommend actionable next steps. Be the subject matter expert and advocate best practices around web analytics, campaign reporting, conversion optimization, program/site measurement and multivariate testing. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with campaign teams to develop clear business and measurement objectives and work collaboratively with internal creative, account and search advertising staff to optimize campaign results. Designing and performing online campaign and conversion analyses, interpret results and develop recommendations for clients and internal team members. Campaigns include search engine advertising, display advertising, email marketing, social media and integrated campaigns. Ongoing implementation and evolution of digital campaign analysis, as well as providing insights and learnings for optimization and reporting. Establishing opportunities to optimize new and existing digital initiatives. Managing design of campaign testing and testing strategies; design metrics to be measured throughout testing and provide internal clients with clear results and recommendations.
