Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Research Participant Recruiter supports the overall research efforts of the team. Primary job responsibilities are to manage participant recruiting and coordinate scheduling for sessions/studies. Ensuring that logistics are accurate is critical for successful studies. This role will also be responsible for working with sales/relationship teams to secure approvals and also effectively communicate the purpose of our user research practice and the research projects they are supporting. Additional and secondary areas of responsibility include supporting workshop and remote facilitation logistics, taking detailed notes in sessions, and collaborating with senior researchers on synthesis. Team member will gain experience with research processes, and if the opportunity arises, may gain experience in conducting research. Candidate should demonstrate proven ability to: Accurately manage the details and logistics for multiple and often concurrent projects Execute on creative plans and strategies for participant recruitment, including developing new materials as needed, such as screener emails and content Communicate effectively with customers, lead researcher, partners, and management Use critical thinking to solve problems, prioritize, and make decisions Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, sales, line partners Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, market /customer research, marketing analytics, or equivalent experience, demonstrated through work, military, or education Desired Qualifications: Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
