Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Manages gratis program, including field gratis, to ensure its focusing on right categories/SKUs and is forecasted appropriately If applicable, conducts sample reconciliation to inform Demand Planning and Finance Core Competencies: Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle many competing priorities at once and deliver on time Able to coordinate across roles and functions effectively Problem-solving skills Out of Scope Activities: Admin support from field, education or another part of organization should conduct this activity, including selection, budget management and RFP solicitation process (e.g., new hire orientation, uniforms) Account Services is responsible for ensuring that non-saleable is shipping out based on Marketing Ops timeline, including PO errors; Account Services informs Marketing Ops of any PO errors QUALIFICATIONS: 3-4 years experience in project management, preferably in Marketing OpsFamiliar with components of marketing program, especially the requirements of selling through department stores and specialty multi Familiar with excel Analytical capability Extremely strong organizational skills Able to coordinate across roles and functions effectively Self-starter and ability to work independently.
