Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Deliver strategic digital marketing and demand creation campaigns on direct-to-consumer sites and drive and create incremental demand Collaborate with DTC and Division teams to create and execute consumer acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels including Search, Affiliates, Social, Re-marketing, Google Shopping etc. in accordance with the overall business and merchandising goals and plans Develop and maintain an effective marketing channel strategy and mix Meet campaign objectives of new consumer acquisition, ROAS, engagement, and revenue Optimize email marketing and CRM capabilities and increase effectiveness of campaigns Collaborate with other business and merchandising teams and assist with the execution of CRM and email marketing to meet business goals Assist with identifying Digital Marketing agencies to drive innovative campaigns to exponentially increase the demand for products through eCommerce channels Collaborate with Digital Technology team to optimize the digital marketing technology stack needed to scale the demand creation function Partner with Analytics team on understanding true attribution across different channels and optimizing media mix Assist with the evaluation digital marketing tools (DMP, DSP, Bidding Platforms etc.) Test & Learn new demand creation and marketing programs Participate in the partnership with media companies like Google, Facebook etc.
