Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Supports the execution of Marketing strategies and programs by gathering and analyzing marketing, client, and portfolio data, identifying opportunities for improving marketing performance, executing programs that promote stakeholder satisfaction, and performing other analytical, program management, or tasks that support performance metrics needs of the Marketing team, and making recommendations about corrective and response actions. Accesses a variety of sources of property management systems and databases, and performs detailed analysis to understand the current marketing to prospective residents and clients, and other factors influencing the performance of the marketing team members, and makes recommendations for effective response strategies. Gathers and analyzes marketing, and other data to evaluate the overall performance of the assigned portfolio versus established budgets, targets, and client expectations by preparing summaries, reports, recommendations, and other interpretive reports to support business decisions. Work with marketing team members to implement process improvements and programs targeted to increase marketing performance, promote efficiencies, and improve the overall performance of the assigned portfolio. Provides support and assistance to marketing team members, Operators, key business leaders, and others by fielding questions and requests, and gathering data and reports. Supports the development and implementation of new applications, programs, and other innovative business practices that drive increased revenue, client/customer satisfaction, efficiencies, and overall process improvements, and provides operational support to ensure the continued success of these efforts. Coordinates with marketing team members in and outside of the portfolio on planned programs, initiatives, and projects related to marketing, advertising, sales, and new business development that may influence or come into play within the assigned portfolio. Develops and maintains a wide array of reliable market data sources, including market data related to emerging Internet technologies, demographics information, and other relevant third party market data. Prepares reports, summaries, and other documents for stakeholders on the marketing performance of the assets, portfolio, division or national. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: College degree in business, marketing, advertising, real estate, or related degree and/or equivalent experience in real estate, marketing, client relationships, or sales.
