Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Roles and responsibilities of the team include: Identify key consumer insights and market trends that help shape retirement messages that engage financial advisors and encourage them to offer annuities. Develop and deliver thought leadership content via advisor friendly formats including white papers, presentations, social media, web and email. Plan, develop, and deploy lead generation campaigns through a variety of vehicles such as direct mail, digital media advertising, and social media. Work collaboratively with a number of other departments whose capabilities and resources will enable us to achieve our goals. Requirements A minimum of a bachelors degree (masters degree preferred) and 10+ years of related work experience. Prefer candidates to have experience marketing annuities or financial service products to financial advisors. The ability to synthesize data analytics into meaningful results for a diverse audience and inform resource allocation. Strong leadership and people management experience.
