Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day business of our iTunes, Microsoft and PlayStation accounts. Responsible for account P&L s and driving EST & VOD transactions across New Release and Catalog. Drive account growth through sales planning and data analytics. Optimize the merchandising of movie and TV content on digital platforms to grow the transactional business. Partner with the digital platforms to market titles to consumers both on store and off-store Champion digital strategies and tactics with internal stakeholders. Work collaboratively with our Brand Marketing, Marcom, Operations, Finance and Licensing teams. Identify off-platform opportunities to drive new customer acquisition. Create and implement unique client promotional plans through a variety of tactics including advertising, promotional stunts, social media and platform specific programs. Analyze platform title performance and marketing effectiveness through analytics and adjust approach as data dictates. Research and analyze competitive and partner trends. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market happenings while functioning as the subject matter expert on all things related to the digital distribution of movies & TV. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required (MBA strongly preferred).Must have 8-10 years' transactional marketing experience in a theatrical, home video or digital media environment with an in-depth understanding of new distribution technologies. Must have strong analytical, communication, and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and present ideas to senior management. A motivated and positive self-starter who is resourceful, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and works well with a team.
