Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties include: Create and manage all the company s apps to meet various corporate needs. Managing the rollout of those apps internally, and troubleshooting any difficulties. Lead regular internal meetings with leaders from business development, marketing and communications to discuss new features and monthly goals for website / analytics and apps. Lead monthly meetings to establish editorial calendar for all social and blog activity, including Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram; reporting into various meetings to integrate social with public relations and conference promotion activities. Manage a three-person team of content creators and designers to achieve the company s growth goals. Mentor staff, providing guidance and directing. Become an expert in the company s brand guidelines, ensuring that all materials adhere to the corporate standards and rolling out new guidelines and trainings internally as necessary. Manage the company s digital and creative vendors, including web developers, video production, printing and design. Set a vision for the Digital & Creative budget and manage the budget throughout the year to ensure its effectively used to forward the company s growth goals. Manage a team of creatives to provide design support for $2B company, this includes photo shoots, infographics, video production, flyers and brochure development. Understand Drupal 7 and WordPress, the content management systems used by the company, at a deep level. Articulate the needs of the North American zone globally, providing feedback on new templates, designs, web assets and version number updates. Develop new websites as needed by the business, working with business leaders to understand vision and then deploying. Manage all of the company s web sites, including working directly with web developers on site troubleshooting, the development of new assets, the integration of content into new templates, tracking all web sites and reporting. Write web, social and blog content. Work closely with marketing on analytics, marketing automation, and the creation of sales funnel content. Roll out paid advertising and measure ROI to increase traffic and conversions. Qualifications Excellent and proven writer Experience with content management systems is mandatory. Drupal 7/8 is a plus. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
