Branch Manager

Seeking a Branch Manager in the Columbia, SC area. The candidate directs and coordinates all activities of the branch. The Branch Manager provides leadership to all employees and processes of the branch. Responsibilities: Ability to read, analyze and interpret written or verbal reports, correspondence or proposals and blueprints. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as gross margins, net margins interest and percentages. Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, with customers, peers and co-workers. Prepare estimates and proposals. Resolve customer complaints. Manage time, expenses and employees. Associates degree from 2 or 4 year college or university; 5-7 years of managerial, technical and sales experience in HVAC or related field required. Should have knowledge of mechanical systems. Should have good computer skills; competent in MS Word and Excel.
