Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for coaching and supervising maintenance partners. Candidate will be required to see that all preventive maintenance is complete and machinery is maintained, handles the budget for the Maintenance Department and is involved in health and safety. Stand for an extended amount of time over the course of the shift is required. Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability. Additional responsibilities include: housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards. Boiler maintenance and water treatment center experience. Knowledge of steam, air, plumbing, and electricity required. Electrical and mechanical background required. Experience in equipment troubleshooting required. 4-6 years of experience in maintenance supervision or management, preferred.
