Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We are seeking an entrepreneurial and operationally focused individual to join our team. He or she will own operations, customer service and account management for a segment of Flexport Capital clients. They will also execute projects related to process improvements, reporting and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be excited to roll up their sleeves and fill the gap where needed, while being bold enough to initiate change and have the candor to speak their minds to help drive innovation. What you ll do Manage operations and service delivery for a book of Flexport Capital clients Develop and drive innovative ways to scale and improve operational processes Structure and implement creative solutions to ambiguous problems that arise from rapid growth Support Flexport Capital's strategic planning and forecasting Ad hoc projects and analysis requested by Flexport stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance and sales to ensure efficient operational execution and quality customer service What you'll need Bachelor s Degree in Finance/Economics/Business or related field preferred. Excitement to get your hands dirty in a learn by doing environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Next-level attention to detail and follow-through. Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace environment. Strong technical skills - Excel, SQL preferred. Software/systems implementation experience a plus. Desire to take full ownership of deliverables and be accountable for result. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
