Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We are currently looking for a Research Associate to work for a leading Bay Area biotechnology company. Research Associate, Bioanalytical Development SUMMARY: Support bioanalytical assay development. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop various bioanalytical assays, to include immuno and cell-based assay,s to support clinical and early development studies Receive and test non-GLP samples, plan experiments, perform assay troubleshooting, interpret data, establish and update assay methods Design and execute experiments independently; record, analyze and communicate data Present results in team meetings and deliver presentations REQUIREMENTS: BS/MS in Cell Biology, Biochemistry or closely related discipline, and at least 2 years of relevant experience Experience in developing, troubleshooting, and validating PK, ADA assays in a GLP environment, using ELISA and/or MSD Experience with large molecules Experience with cell-based assays Experience with LCMS a plus.
