Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Support controls to ensure the integrity of the financial statements and the completion of all account reconciliations on a timely basis for Global Sourcing & Logistics Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for total Global Supply Chain, including quarterly EPS guidance to Corporate FinancePresent results to divisional management monthly and company control team quarterlyServe as primary contact for Corporate Reporting and external auditors for issues related to financial statements Oversight for the following business activities: cash funding, service fee relationships, start up entities and dissolution entities Assist in the review of the local statutory financials during the Legal Entity Governance Process Responsible for Sourcing Legal Entity forecast Responsible for communicating/assessing companys interpretation of US GAAP implication on foreign affiliates local statutory regulations and identifying solutions if discrepancies exist Responsible for GL and financial reporting systems functionality and improvement.Continuous improvement of control environment across all of Global Supply Chain Strong collaboration and working relationship with the following groups: Corporate Treasury, Corporate Control, Corporate Tax, Corporate Legal, Sourcing hub finance teams, Global Logistics teams, Brand/functional finance teams Lead work in a collaborative style, develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization Responsible for managing and developing two direct reports QUALIFICATIONS: Proven ability to interact with senior levels of management. Exhibited ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to an ambiguous, fast paced environment.Proven ability to assess talent and manage, motivate and develop others.Collaboration- proven ability to influence and to make decisions across geographies in a matrix environment where speed and cultural sensitivity is crucial. Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills; ability to communicate complex information in an executive format and use data to tell a compelling story.Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving capabilities; can see a problem from multiple angles and provide viable, innovative options for resolution. Proven ability to effectively manage and plan resources to achieve goals and support unplanned work. Desired experience: 6-10 years of related experience with at least 3 years of experience leading others.
