Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Sr. Engagement Manager Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform Provide project management expertise and assure effective delivery of multiple complex projects within Aerospace Analytics CoE. You will oversee a portfolio of projects, resource plans and identify and resolve conflicts. You will ensure learnings are shared across the team to improve productivity. You will deploy standardized work, project management methodologies, governance and tools to enable consistent, high quality, agile execution of projects. You will also work with business stakeholders to clearly understand their business requirements and get buy-in on prioritized work. Ensure that program statuses are communicated a regular basis. 40 Program Mgt - Develop, Maintain, & Drive Project Plans 20 Meetings - Working-Level, Program Updates, Customer 20 Communication/Report Score Cards - Emails, PPT Slides 20 Understand Business Requirements & Priorities YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering WE VALUE Significant experience in management consulting, change management, or Program management. Customer focus and process discipline with excellent collaboration skill Some experience in Agile and Waterfall methods Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams. Results driven with a positive can do attitude Master s or Ph.D. Degree in the above disciplines. Engineering background with problem solving ability. Experience in Aerospace Industry Some experience in Data Science, Six Sigma or related experience Project management process, methods and tools application PMP and/or ITIL certification Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.Exempt How Honeywell is Connecting the World INCLUDES Some Travel Required Continued Professional Development.
