Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Functions Support project executives (Team Lead or Vice President) on large complex projects and/or manage other projects independently, as assigned Coordinate all necessary due diligence efforts on behalf of the client, maintain and deliver all appropriate documentation Procurement of design/engineering services, general contractor and vendor services, including bid process oversight, analysis and recommendations Prepares all contracts and consultants agreementsDevelop scope, budget and schedule for assigned projectsConduct and document all weekly meetings and distribute meeting minutes Process all project invoices, payment applications, lien releases accurately and timely and manage the project cost report system Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and Consultants, Contractor and Vendor documentation Interact and negotiate with consultants, contractors and vendors Manage coordination activities with governing authorities and utility companiesDevelop, monitor and update the project schedule Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for financials Monitor RFI logs, submittal logs, testing and inspection reports, change order logs and other related project management reports Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective mannerDemonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projectsEnsure accurate management of all accounts receivables to maintain a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance, account finance team and/or the Regional Operations ManagerAssist Local PDS Team in meeting AGM numbers on a Regional and National level as determined on a yearly basis by the Management Executive Committee Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice Job Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) Ability to prepare and track budgets and cost reports Thorough knowledge of architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings, as well as FF&E scope, such as storage racking, material handling system and manufacturing equipment concepts.Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed10 years of practical experience in commercial and industrial project management.Experience working on industrial projects, such as distribution centers, warehouses, manufacturing, R&D facilities, public work infrastructure and mixed-use campus projects with corporate officesHighly organized with strong analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients.Ability to conduct client and stakeholders meetings.Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and proactively anticipate needsOrganizational skills with the ability to identify and manage prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail orientedAbility to multi-task and work both in a team and independentlyProficiency with Microsoft Office programsExperience with Sigma 6 lean concepts a plusLEED AP accreditation a plusSupervisory Responsibilities Reports to Team Lead/Vice PresidentMinimum Required Education Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred\\r#LI\\r\\rJLL Is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
