Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This role helps clients identify and solve their most critical information and technological challenges. Our experienced technology professionals offer deep technical experience in their area of focus and are committed to delivering efficient, technology-based solutions to our clients. Our professionals are aligned with a technology service line to promote the development of deep technical skills and experiences and improve our ability to tailor solutions to solve our clients' business issues. Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop thoughtware and point-of-view documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Qualifications At least 10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience 6 years of experience providing end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience Preferred qualifications include: Experience in planning and managing Technology Integration development- lifecycle processes. Experience in technology evaluation, scalability analysis and tool selection efforts for Technology Integration projects. Provide leadership across small teams, in a collaborative environment, build consensus amongst the project team members Should be able to provide a balanced view of all key architectural quality metrics such as performance, scalability, reliability, availability, agility and interoperability.
