Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Role: This position is a key leadership role leading our revenue management, system development and process enablement program. This group will be responsible for developing a long-term strategy and gaining consistent business input for the deployment of enterprise-wide system capabilities that will strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of our US commercial pricing & contracting execution. This group will work closely with the US Sales Operations Council to harmonize business practices and processes related to these pricing & contracting capabilities. Program Management: Working closely with all BSC divisions and partnering with our IT team, this role will develop a long-term revenue management strategy and execution roadmap. At this point, revenue management includes Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), month-end bill capabilities (MEB), and other business requirements as prioritized. Business Process: This group will work closely across all divisions to harmonize business practices and processes to maximize commercial pricing and contracting execution. Identify and implement best practices & processes to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle, consistent process execution and unified approaches that maximizes sales support execution, quality, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. Communication & Reviews: This role is responsible for program-level communications. Participation in all program level reviews will be required and this role is responsible for elevating critical business decisions to the appropriate management level. Team Management: This role leads the Revenue Management team in executing to our program plans, in alignment with the businesses and partnering with our IT teams. Other priorities include: building team ownership and commitment to the program and business plans; providing strategic and structured thinking to the project teams on our overall approach; driving a high-performance culture by fostering innovation and flawless execution; actively influence and drive cross-functional collaboration. Relationship/People Management: This role develops and maintains strong relationships and fosters strong collaboration across the divisions and functions. This role will also interact with our third-party solution providers and integration partners. Technology Management: This role will partner closely and continuously with our IT team to define and influence the technology approach and execution. What we are looking for in you: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5 years working with Sales and Marketing in a pricing, analytical, contracting management Strong process and program management background with an exceptional understanding of sales and marketing needs required. Highly motivated, high impact individual with strong technical, analytical and leadership competencies Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make a significant contribution to performance and revenue growth required Comprehensive program management experience leading large-scale initiatives. Proven analytical, problem solving skills, and solution oriented mentality Highly detailed oriented and superior organizational skills Strong project management skills, including effectively managing multiple priorities Candidate must possess strong initiative and a demonstrated pro-active mentality Process oriented, with a focus on continuous process improvements to maximize effectiveness and efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with sales executives Strong business acumen and experience interacting with various level of management Candidate must have experience working successfully within a matrix organization, effectively influencing cross-functionally, across divisions and at various levels of management Extensive experience in leveraging and maximizing IT solutions and processes Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics or similar discipline is preferred Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred A total of 10 years of total business experience is preferred Exposure to Contracting/Revenue Management systems preferred Demonstrated success working in a team environment, and past management experience providing leadership, development and coaching to a high performing team preferred.
