Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Own M&A; integrations including managing outsourced vendors and processes, ensuring that integration targets are met and identifying opportunities for improvement Partner with various business and Finance teams to identify and gather business requirements, design solutions, lead testing, and drive change management and training activities Help create integrated system requirements, set priorities, determine constraints and dependencies, define timelines, allocate resources, write detailed functional and test specifications, evaluate design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance and operations, and drive projects to completion Work with business groups, cross functional Finance, and engineering teams to design a standardized processes to support M&A; integration, divestiture and Bet disbursement strategies Analyze data-sets to identify, prioritize, and address risks and opportunities; drive standardization and continuous improvement Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or equivalent practical experience 6 years of relevant work experience. Experience with Finance ERP Systems, Procure to Pay transformation and redesign. Experience with global processed, system implementations in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, designing, implementing and testing automated processes and controls for both standard systems and custom applications. Preferred qualifications: 3 years of experience with accounting/finance ERP systems and business processes, as well as the system controls related to the processes. Payments experience. Work experience with an outsourced service provider in operations, procure-to-pay, or other relevant area. Strong project management, problem-solving, change management and analytical skills. Attention to detail, organized, and thorough with a desire for continuous improvements Success working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and leading complex initiatives; Ability to autonomously drive and prioritize multiple initiatives.
